The three estates which produce the grapes I use for wine making in the winery are “Les Pedrenyeres”, 7 Ha. entirely of old Grenache variety and where the soil is predominantly calcareous; “La Burguera”, 1 Ha. of particular beauty since it borders the woods, and where we also cultivate the old Grenache variety. The third estate comprises “El mas d’en Joan gros”, 2 Ha. of old Carineña variety, and “El mas de l’anís” where we have another 2 Ha. of the Cariñena variety. The winery is located on the outskirts of the town of Marçà and measures 220 m2. The premises date from the year 2000 and have a production capacity of 25,000 litres. The wine making is carried out in the traditional manner, almost by hand.
